  1. Do you accept Insurance?

    Yes. I am currently in network with BCBS (SHP, PPO, Blue Value) and Aetna plans (including Aetna Market Exchange).

  2. Do you offer remote sessions?

    Absolutely! I offer remote sessions to North Carolina and Florida residents Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. You can expect all online session’s to be operated from a HIPPA compliant server. For more info on Florida’s telehealth services please visit https://flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/

  3. How do I know if we will be a good fit?

    The short answer is, we don’t! I do offer a free 15-minute consultation to answer any questions about my approach, background, logistics and for us to get to know each other!

  4. What is your cancellation policy?

    I request that you give 48-hour notice if you have to cancel an appointment, but I understand that life can get in the way at times! This does not include weekend cancellations. For example, if you have a Monday or Tuesday appointment, please cancel the Friday before at the latest. There will be a $100 fee for a late cancellation/no show.

  5. Do you prescribe medication?

    I do not prescribe medication; however if you are interested in medication I am more than happy to connect you to a psychiatric provider in the area. I believe medication can be a powerful tool to help assist in managing mental heath needs.

  6. What payments do you accept?

    I accept debit cards, credit cards and Health Saving Accounts (HSA). I do not accept cash, check, or Venmo. Payments are due at the beginning of our appointment.
